Task Description:
Main Management Tasks:
- Support senior management with strategy/policy making for DQA Team, incl. alignment and setting of PIM and Tooling targets for PAISEU development.
- Build-up, educate and lead a DQA Team of int. & external DQA Engineers
Definition of the working processes, work planning, execution and control
- Disciplinary responsibility for internal & external members of DQA Team Support DQA HR (recruiting, dialogue, objective, approvals, guidance) Support budget planning and control for DQA-team (HR, investment, travel)
- Support improvement of working conditions based on team and EOS feedback
- Communication/alignment management related topics with senior management
Main Technical Tasks:
- Establishment of effective DQA processes/tools for entire PAISEU development
- Alignment of PAISEU DQA processes/tools with other Pana sites & customers
- Setting DQA targets for PAISEU with EPG/PIM/Tooling/Overall QA/ project/ senior management
- Planning DQA activities and controlling/reporting status for the PAISEU development projects
- Identification of the process and tooling gaps and the tailoring demands for the projects, and proposal of cost effective and realizable improvement proposals based on own expertise and experiences and align and follow-up with Panasonic, supplier and customer experts and man-agement
- Lead, coordinate and support creation of ASPICE/ISO26262 compliant DQA/process documents, including all process guidelines, templates, review checklists and training materials for the pro-jects
- Coach teams on best practice and create quality awareness across the development departments
- Prioritize and strongly follow-up the DQA activities with all parties/sites to ensure project maturity
- Performance of internal/supplier ASPICE audits/assessments, Design Rev., ROM-Judgements
- Support preparation and performance of internal and customer VDA audits and assessments
- Support root cause analysis of 0km/field reject with QA/PIM and define improvement measures
- Keep in touch with other Pana sites, customers, suppliers, to be up-to-date for future technolo-gies
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- University Master in Computer Science, Mathematics/Physics, System/SW-Engineering
- Profound experience in embedded systems and software development for > 6 years
- Profound experience in set-up, tailoring and improvement of Automotive SPICE Level 3 and Functional Safety compliant development processes for the special project demands
- Profound experience in management of a DQA Team of internal & external DQA Engineers
- Profound experience in planning, controlling and reporting of DQA activities in several projects
- Profound experience in performance of quality audits, assessments, reviews in several projects
- Profound knowledge and experience with development processes and state-of-the-art tools for System/SW/HW specification/design/test, project/ configuration/ problem/ change management
- Competent Automotive SPICE Assessor and Automotive Functional Safety Professional (AFSP)
- Excellent analytical skills, strong team player, good cooperation, communication, mediation skills
- Excellent English, written and spoken (Cambridge B2-level), German (advantage)
