Tasks:
On-time, appropriate and cost-based development of embedded software as well as implementation of technology studies for professional audio products for our portfolio in the professional area for live performance, stage, radio, sound studio and business communication in interdisciplinary, agile and international teams
Creation of concepts and coordination with related trades (e.g. electronics, test equipment, system tests, mechanics)
Planning, coordination and coordination of software development in the projects
Development, optimization, debugging, testing and documentation of embedded software
Participation in the design of the processes and methods for software development
Familiarization with new technologies and knowledge transfer within the development department
Participation in the entire development process from the first idea to the finished product for the customer
Qualifications:
Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering) or comparable knowledge acquired elsewhere
Several years of professional experience in the development of software, including for embedded systems with real-time requirements, is an advantage
Sound knowledge of the programming languages C and C ++ is essential
Good knowledge of object-oriented methods in software design, development and testing
Ideally, experience in dealing with procedures and tools for requirements management, issue tracking, collaboration, version control and continuous integration
Knowledge of best practices such as: unit testing, build systems, design patterns desirable
Experience with agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM) is advantageous
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, for regular technical coordination
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Independent and self-organized way of working
Openness, curiosity and the will to continuously develop personally
