Task Description:

Main Tasks:

• Circuit design, schematics and PCB creation/management

• Failure analysis and troubleshooting skills in a laboratory environment

• Follow and execute validation activity incl. reporting

• Debug test and manufacturing issues at factory

• Application notes creation and hardware bring up support

• Electrical signal characterization experience in one or more of the following areas: DDR, PCIe, USB, MIPI, audio, DC/DC convertors, I2C/SPI/UART busses

• Experience working in a laboratory environment with oscilloscopes, multimeters, lab power supplies and other validation test equipment

• Design for EMC and troubleshooting

Other Tasks:

• Ordering of engineering parts

• Demo creation and setup

• Benchmarking & market scanning

• Support for quality returns investigation

Special task:

• Comply with ISO/TS 16949

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Dipl. Elektroingenieur / Master Degree Electronics or similar

• 3 years of HW Validation experience in the Automotive area

• English written and spoken

• MS Office knowledge incl. Visio

• Hardware design software Zuken

• SPICE or similar simulation tool

• V-model knowledge

Other requirements:

• Willing to travel
